Triple positive then new primary triple negative

Hello lovely ladies and gentlemen

I'm just wondering if anyone on these forums who has had a second dx where the receptors changed completely. I was first dx with triple positive in 2010 and then in 2015 a new lump in my other breast was triple negative.

My bs said he's never seen that happen before.

I'm curious if anyone has had the same thing happen!

    Mine changed from PR positive to PR negative in the same breast. New cancers can have the same or different characteristics, and even recurrences in the same breast can change. Sorry you're dealing with this beast again
