lump found in right has changed shape and texture since testing

hi i regularly check my breasts and a weird thing happended a week ago i found a lump in my sleep some how thought i dreamt it but it was there when i woke up. Have been to the dr whomsent me for a mammogram and ultrasound, where they found 2 other lumps deep in my left breast. I looked on the screen and think they might be just cysts. I am currently waiting results. The thiing that is bothering me is that the lump i originally found was about the size of an almond and very smooth. Since Wednesday it has seemed to have changed shape and no longer feels smooth. Should i be worried.
