Referral to Breast Clinic

I recently was in the emergency as I had been dealing with excruciating pain in my right breast pain was a 12/10. They took blood, urine sample and sent me for chest X-ray and ct. I am 47 my maternal grandmother died of breast cancer at 49. I have not had a menstral cycle since I was 41. After 5 hrs and two shots of hydromorphine. I was sent for a second ct which they used a iv dye. After 1 hr dr came in told me as far as the pain goes they found no kidney stones or blood clots, but the radiologist found a lump in my right breast, dr then did a physical exam of both breasts and said he need to confere with radiologist. 15 min later dr came back said they were referring me to the breast clinic. I'm worried not sure what this all means, I'm still dealing with breast pain 6/10 now. I know I can't possibley have breast cancer, as people I know who have had it did not have this type of pain. But I am a little worried.
