Hello.. My first post on this site. My recent biopsy shows ADH. I am waiting to be scheduled for surgery. Not sure at this point to expect except this will gather larger sample of suspicious cells. I had the mammo-spbb needle core biopsy. Needless to say Iam concerned. Has anyone had this?

    Hi bible

you might want to join the adh club. There a lot of knowledgable women there. I was diagnosed last year with adh. I have been on surveillence since then. I had a core needle bioosy too. Then I had an excisional bioosy which didn't show anything. So I get checked every 6 months wuth akternsting mri, us, mammogram. When adh is found on a core needle biopsy they do an excisional bioosy to make sure there is not dcis or idc hiding in the same group.

Yep, this was my story as well. Like Tinkerbell, nothing was found in my excusional biopsy either-- it was all removed by the needle biopsy. I am on the same screening rotation. I am also taking Evista as a preventive measure
