Well, I gave it the old college try, but I am still not digging my implants, even 5 months later. Wide, flat, droopy and asymmetrical Natrelle 410 FF's. When I saw my Dallas PS in September, he defended his work and asked me to give it another 6 months and we'd discuss it again. I saw another surgeon in the same office a few weeks later and he gave me the same story, although he did admit he saw the issues about which I spoke.

On Monday I saw a surgeon in Ft Worth who looked promising from my online research. He said my current recon is good, yet he can see why I am not happy. He then gave a list of things he could do: Switch the implants to Natrelle 410 FX. My current ones are too wide for my chest (my original surgeon never measured!). I asked about round implants but he thinks the 410's would work better. He also proposed lifting the right up to meet the left and tightening the pocket and adding some permanent sutures. He'll do a small wedge lift of the left nipple if necessary. He also will address the flab blob on the right rib area.

I left the office flabbergasted, as his plan is so vastly different from my original surgeon's. I just can't commit with such differing views, so I've made another appt with a highly rated surgeon in Ft Worth. I figured her opinion could add balance and help me decide that last 1%. Kind of a "measure twice, cut once" situation. I also NEED to hear a really good reason why the 410's are better than say, the Inspiras.

Anyway, it will be a bit of a wait before all is decided. That's OK.

Does anyone have any really good PS's they can recommend in Ft Worth? I am open to anything right now.

Thanks for reading!
