Menopause & Tamoxifen

I am 40 years old. However, my period stopped five years ago because my BMI is way low than normal. My blood work shows I am estrogen level is 28.8pg/ml, FSH 10.5miu/ml, LH 38miu/ml.
Even though the estrogen level is low, however my SO said FSH/LH are also low so I am not in menopause even though no period.
Therefore, I have to take Tamoxifen rather than AI.
Does anyone have similar situation or know why three indicator in my blood are all low?
