Finishing abraxene

I agreed to 4 cycles of Abraxane when The cancer metastasized again . I have been fighting this now for 12 years . It seems i have a new area that shows up every two years . It started in the breast , a stage three all nodes involved. Then it went to the right lining of the lung but not inside the lung. next to the abdominal area, peritoneum and large intestine with bowel resection. now small intestine and stomach. Every Lymph node biopsy comes back positive so it is definitely throughout my body. My CT Scans never really show very much and my insurance company refuses to pay for anymore pet scans . So we are just treating symptoms mainly . GI tract is a mess and painful. Moderate ascites so we are not doing parenthesis or thoracentesis for pleural effusion right now.

My Ca 125 was 666 and my CA 27/29 was 250. Both of these values have dropped by half now. Problem is the treatment is so severe I have such pain in my legs and weakness that I can hardly walk . I've been getting medication that has controlled the nausea ,vomiting , a bdominal pain, and diarrhea so that has since resolved . Now they're wanting to do more cycles of the Abraxane but I just don't know what to do. My treatment plan is much different than what I have been reading about on the forum. I get the infusion of Abraxane every 21 days for 260mg. I am completely out of it for seven days then recover over the next 14 days before I go back and do it all over again . Treatment is being done through DUKE which I feel is reputable but I'm just not sure where to go now or if I should continue. Of course I no longer do leave Faslodex or the femora now. Just don't know what to do anymore. I had to stop married due to see d re allergies.
