Triglyceride and Tamoxifen

Hello, I have something I would like your advice about.
My triglyceride value was around 90 before I got Tamoxifen.
I took breast cancer surgery (Stage1 (5mm), ER+, PR+, Her2-, Oncotype23) seven years ago and started hormonal therapy.
One year after I started Tamoxifen, my triglyceride value rose to 200.
Three years later, I was diagnosed to be fatty liver. (my BMI is under 20)
Now, I'm in my seven years after surgery and continuing Tamoxifen.
Recently I received the result of medical check-up; my triglyceride value is over 500! I'm scared.
My onc is so busy and reservations are full till one month later. So I'm having trouble deciding to stop Tamoxifen now.
In my country, periods of Tamoxifen (5 years or 10 years) may unclear for pre-menopausal women like me. I feel that the decision is basically left to patients.
Would you mind to tell me your situation? That will be very helpful to me.
