Tumor hardening?

I started my regimen on Wednesday (11/09) which is Talazoparib daily (pills) and Irinotecan infusion every other week. Yesterday I noticed my tumor (which is basically my whole breast at this point) hardening. Is this normal? I couldn't find much info about that.
