Ladies need advice

Ok finally we have MOST of the puzzle pieces back. My Mammaprint came back low risk , luminal A. We know I have at least one positive node from the SNB and the US and mammogram measured the tumor at ~3.2cm. I am having a BMX on Monday and saw the oncologist today. With my Mammaprint it stated 93% success with endocrine therapy only and 99% with chemo. I said no to chemo because of other preexisting conditions. The oncologist is now insisting sending the pathology out after the surgery to Oncotype. Have any of you ladies had these conditions and said no to chemo?
I know everyone is different I'm just looking to see if I'm not crazy as the oncologist seems to think.I am highly ER/PR + and HER 2 -
