Is radiagel helpful?

I just began daily radiotherapy (21 days total) after a right breast lumpectomy. Lymph nodes clean. Is anyone familiar with radiagel and is it helpful in preventing burns?

I never used it but I found pure aloe gel from the fridge was good....and air getting at it.
