Nipple Changes when Pregnant after DM and reconstruction!?

Afternoon, I just joined the forum so my apologies if I am posting in the wrong section.
I am recently pregnant after a Nipple Sparing DM with implants.
I have noticed that my nipples (which have no feeling) are changing color in places, I have developed little bumps on one (as I had with previous pregnancy, and I have some yellowish discharge.
I am terrified; I thought that with the DM, even though I spared the nipples, there would NO change to my nipples or breasts during pregnancy so I am terrified this is a recurrence.
Does anyone have any experience or information on this?
