Focal Asymmetry On Upper Outer Quad, MRI done

I did my mammogram and US a month ago because of a lump I felt. I got called back for spot compression because they found a focal asymmetry on my right breast, no US correlation. The lump on the left breast was a simple cyst. I did an MRI yesterday, now waiting for results. I was told most cancers are on the upper outer quadrant. I am now scared and anxious about the results. Waiting sucks.
