Really painful axillary lymph nodes (before chemo and surgery)

My IDC has recently been said to have inflammatory features (versus inflammatory type) and the last 3 days or so the lymph nodes have really been going crazy---they are much more inflamed from 2 weeks ago, but now they HURT. Zinging pains that come and go ...

Is this normal? I feel like they are going to explode or something. Well, not really but it creeps me out.

I already have an appt for next Wednesday 11/08 and am starting chemo then.

I'm not sure how to get rid of this post entirely; I realized it was happening the same time as when I used to get the pain every month in my breast.
