will start my chemo on 11/4/16

hi guys, im a bit scared and nervous. any advices and words of encouragement and wisdom before my first chemo tom. ill surely miss my hair, eyebrows & eyelashes for a couple of months. im a bit sad buy what can else can i do? i need to undergo chemo for 8 cycle and 18 cycles of herceptin.

Is it safe to travel during your treatment?maybe having a Vacation for 4days isnt bad.what do you think

I had chemo last year from October until January. My hair started to fall out after about 10 days and is slowly coming back curly! I was anemic and dehydrated and had to have shots of Neupogen and Neulasta which made me feel like I had the worst flu ever. I was out of work for 3 months. Bone pain was also a problem but my medical oncologist told me to take Claritan and that worked great. I drove myself to most of my treatments but was not up to doing much of anything as I felt lousy. During my 6 weeks of daily radiation, fatigue was the big problem.
