Kadcyla - Not working?

I just had my second Kadcyla treatment today. My tumor marker (CEA) is higher (blood taken before the second treatment) then it was 7 weeks ago. Is it not working or to soon to tell? I thought even after one treatment that I would see some results. Thanks for your help and you stories!!
