BREAST CANCER SURVIVORS PHOTOGRAPHY PROJECT

I'm a female photographer, shooting predominantly music and portraiture for 17 years, working with many high profile artists and celebrities.
My latest project is a series of portraits of breast cancer survivors / post mastectomy. I want to raise awareness of breast cancer, showing both the scars post operation and also people who have chosen not to undergo reconstructive surgery, have opted to cover up breast cancer scars with tattoos or people who are currently receiving chemo.

The portraits will be dark, striking, real, emotive and beautiful. They will ideally be either full body or waist upwards, including face, however they can be anonymous (not showing the face) if you're camera shy or would like to be involved but not show your face.

I have been closely affected by breast cancer twice; anyone who would like to be involved - please be assured that your information will be dealt with very sensitively and discreetly.
