Surgeon Meet and Greet

Well today I meet the Surgeon. I hate the hurry up and wait. Lets get moving. I will probably have to call my mom and sister and tell the news. I have not told anyone yet just a few select.

I went trick or treating last nite with my grandkids, got some good steps in. I need to get the motivation to walk and get that exercise in. So hard with a sit down job. I want to be healthy and watch those 2 grow to adults.
