Tamoxifen and melatonin

Im starting today...but just saw melatonin on the moderate list of interactions. My MO knows I take melatonin but it didn't come up at my appointment last week. Does anybody else take melatonin with tamoxifen? Any issues at all?

I'm reluctant to stop taking it since I'm finally in a good sleep pattern.

I take it and my MO is fine with me doing so. Somewhere on here is a big, long thread dedicated to this subject and there seems to be some evidence that taking melatonin can actually help tamoxifen work more effectively.

I take both, and both were approved by my allopathic MO and ND.
