Which AI with ovarian suppression?

Fir those of you doing ovarian suppression, which AI are you on? And does it matter? I know the SOFT trial used a certain one, But are they all equally effective

    Hi!

    The SOFT trial looked at aromasin + Zoladex, and that's what I'm on. My MO thought that insurance would be more willing to pay for AI + OS if we used the same meds as the SOFT trial. So far, I haven't had a problem with insurance paying for them. Then again, I haven't heard of others having insurance issues with other AIs or kinds of OS. So, I don't know whether it matters!

    I was placed on Zoladex (shots) two weeks ago and exestamine pills for aromasin. Anyone else doing this? Any side effects?

    I am feeling old with joint pains. I noticed when I sit for awhile, it is difficult for me to get up!

    I am on zoladex injections and exemestane (aromasin). These meds were in the trial. Not sure if the other AI drugs are the same.

    I have issues with my hips after sitting or laying for a while. Once l get moving they don't bother me. Other than that, hot flashes and insomnia/tiredness/fatigue .
