Hi I came across this info. I hope everyone has had their vitamin D checked.

If I am reading it right (ascopost article), they think over 50 ng/ml is required to reduce 50% of the risk of breast cancer. It sounds almost unbelievable! We should all aim for over 50 ng/ml
