Worried about chest x-ray

I know this may be a bit silly, but I get really scared I am going to go from a diagnosis of "only" locally advanced with a possibility of "getting it all" with chemo/surgery/chemo to a diagnosis of stage IV. It really scared me when they said they don't even DO surgery at that stage. I didn't know that.

Anyway. I had a CT scan done about 2 weeks ago that had "less than 5 mm" pulmonary nodules. They said they could be normal but didn't know at that size WHAT they were.

So I am going on Wednesday for all my studies for the research trial I might be in. One of the studies includes a chest x-ray. Do you think it is possible that anything could have grown this fast over the past 2 weeks or so that they will then see mets to my lungs?

I can't image it growing that fast, but I never knew cancer could grow as fast as it has in my breast either. I am pretty small but the tumor has "basically replaced" my breast tissue per the doc. 0___0 This only started about 4 months ago.

Anyway ... I know it's better that we know what's going on, but it just has me a bit scared.
