Symptoms of metastatic cancer

I am going crazy waiting for my surgery. I have had several tests including a pet and mri of breast and liver mri and a cT of chest. I had all negative results. I have had these aches and pain in my hips and a chest cold on a off for months. Was diagnosed end of September with stage 2.Could signs of spreading be noticeable now without a scan showing the cause.?? I know some of t is psychosomatic by I also don't want to dismiss something
