Breast Cancer Research Study

Hello my name is Chelsea Washington,

I am a senior in my high school science research program. My study is titled, "The Effects of Lactation on Reducing the Risk for Breast Cancer". I am trying to collect data for my survey on the link below and I am trying to determine if breastfeeding plays a role in reducing a woman's chances for developing breast cancer, even if they have a family history of the disease. I am looking for women between the ages of 40-65 years old who both have and have not developed breast cancer. All of your information would be completely de-identified.

I need results by November 1st so I would really appreciate it if you can fill it out. Nobody will know who each of you are, and you do not need a google account to complete the survey. Even if you yourself do not have breast cancer, you can still complete the survey and refer it to somebody who does have breast cancer or a family history of breast cancer.
