Pagets and neoadjuvant treatment

Hi, has anyone here with Pagets successfully kept their nipple with neoadjuvant chemo etc? Mine's already gone, but I heard a woman say she was able to destroy the disease with chemo and I'm upset that I wasn't offered this as first treatment.

    i haven't heard of this either I'd my nipple removed because of Paget's last week, I did a lot of trolling the Internet for weeks and I didn't see any other option other than nipple removal,I'm devastated to loose my nipple,but tbh I really feel much better that's it's gone it was cancerous and I really wouldn't want it still there. I am going to look into nipple reconstruction in the future I think.im just praying for clear margins next week now and I'll be delighted
