Triple Negative Breast Cancer(TNBC)

Options

Hello I was Diagnosed with TNBC in my right Breast my right in Sept 2012. I was Stage 1, no Cancer was found in my Lymph Nodes. I had a Lumpectomy followed by Radiation. Declined to have Chemotherapy, because Cancer wasn't in my Lymph Nodes. In November 2015, I developed a Lump on my right arm with no pain, but thought nothing of it and after a 2 weeks it went away. In January 2016, I had swelling by my Clavicle Bone on my right side. I went for a Mamogram and was told everything was okay until I mentioned the swelling. I'm now Stage 4 Metastasis to Lung and a spot on Brain. I've received Chemo since February with no problems, worked everyday never sick. However, August 11, I lost my ability to walk, feed myself, etc...Cancer had spreaded throughout my Brain. I had Whole Brain Radiatio

Sister sister, I am so very, very sorry to heart of your recurrence and progression. Hoping the doctors can find some treatments to slow things down. Have you stopped over to the stage IV boards? They may have suggestions for you on dealing with some of the practical matters.

I was diagnosed with TNBC November 2015. Was treated locally for 6 months. Now being treated at cancer treatment centers of America in Phoenix. Started on xeloda. After 3 months went to clinical trial with Opdiva and ixobepolone. Some small growth in chest wall. Now getting 2nd round of Taxtere. Lymph nodes are shrinking considerably, if not being detected at all. My suggestion for you is to check out Taxtere with your oncologist...goid
