Has anyone had their endoxifen tested? (Tamoxifen question)

So I'm on the 4th month of Tamoxifen with absolutely no side effects at all. I'm an ultra rapid metabolizer, so I should be experience stronger SEs... but the tamoxifen pill seems like a sugar pill to me. I take it with my coffee in the morning. My oncologist is fine with ordering an endoxifen test, but we can't find a lab who does this test - and I'm with kaiser - so will be paying out of pocket if I do find one.

I'm just not good with 'blind faith' on a sugar pill... so would love to know it's actually protecting me.

Suggestions?

Hi Lisey,

I just had mine tested and Endoxifen levels were around 9 ng/ml. I think the threshold level is 5.9 but am waiting to hear from my doctor. Also had no side effects. I'm premenopausal and 44. Used Arup labs test. Maybe you've already done testing by now ..
