Does the first one hurt? Or just a coincidence?

I had my first radiation treatment today (five weeks after axillary dissection), and the side of my breast just at the rib on the rads side hurts. Is that just a coincidence? Or can there be pain after the very first one? BTW, my dose is 20 minutes long.
I'm the tiniest freaking out about whether it's rib pain from mets but trying to get a grip.
Thanks for help, answers, ideas, advice
