New Side Effects after almost four years

I started on Arimidex and had way to many joint pain issues. I started on Aromasin about four years ago. A few weeks ago while riding my motorcycle on a long trip, I noticed an ache in my hands. I can't seem to make a fist as tightly as I used to. My hands are slightly puffy. When I wake up during the night my hands are painful and I can't make a fist at all. My middle finger also gets stuck, trigger finger, I think.

Can new side effects crop up after four years? Will this hand thing go away if I stop?

Because of med vacations early on, I still have 7 months to go but I'm considering stopping early because this hand thing is scary. I'm only 60 and very, very active. The hand thing could be crippling to my lifestyle.
