I was diagnosed as DCIS grade 3 last week, Dr. suggests to do a MRI test because I have very dense breast. The MRI indicates:

Left breast: Mild background parenchymal enhancement. Post biopsy changes 2:00 position left breast at the site of biopsy proven malignancy. There is peripheral enhancement surrounding an indwelling biopsy clip. This area measures 1.3 x 0.9 x 1.8 cm and
is suggestive of post biopsy change and residual malignancy. There are 2 additional areas of suspicious enhancement in the left breast. These measure 10 x 6 x 8 mm in the retroareolar 3:00 position left breast approximately 1 cm from the nipple and a 7 x
6 x 8 mm enhancing focus at the 4:00 position left breast. Recommend patient undergo targeted ultrasound evaluation of these areas. If there is no sonographic correlate, attempt at MR biopsy is recommended.

I went to do US today and the radiologist could not find anything in the suspicious area.

What could be possible for this case? Does anyone have the similar situation before? What's next?
