anyone have addisons disease and also doing chemo?

Looking for an idea what chemo will be like for my mum (who is 70) with addisons disease? she is very fragile if she has stomach issues or stress, blood pressure drops and she passes out ... end up in the hopsital ... so worried about chemo! she has BC that has spread to lungs so we have to do something to try and slow it down. metaplastic TNBC ... anyone with addisons able to tolerate chemo? thanks all
