Post Lumpectomy Pain/Low Energy

Hi guys,
I had a lumpectomy on Wednesday, so it has now been a week and a day. I am still in pain. Not a huge amount, but I am uncomfortable all of the time. I also have no energy. None. Is this common? Worrisome
