It may sound counterintuitive, but the best thing for the fatigue caused by Ibrance is getting more exercise, if that's possible for you. Walking or swimming, for example, can really counteract the fatigue. For the nausea, first see if you can tie it to any specific foods that you can eliminate. Also, be sure to take Ibrance after a sizeable meal and with a full glass of water. Maybe try taking it at a different time of day. Ginger is helpful for nausea -- ginger tea, crystallized ginger. If none of these works sufficiently, ask your onc for a nausea med or a different nausea med. Emend is usually very good.
