sgap flap or lat dorsi?

Hey ladies,

I met with my surgeon today and we got talking about reconstruction. She advised I'm suitable for the sgap flap or lat dorsi. Just wondering what your experiences have been like with either of these? Pros/cons?

Leaning towards the sgap flap, as don't like the idea of losing arm mobility or having iron bra syndrome from the lat dorsi
