2 lumps found (near armpit) after double mastectomy

I recently found a small, hard lump in my armpit area on my cancer side that I had my plastic surgeon remove. It turned out to be a neuroma--nerve cells that grown wacky and turn into a ball.

Now a few months later, I've found a second lump about 1 inch away from that neuroma. I had an ultrasound and it appears to be a cyst this time because it appeared dark and spherical on the ultrasound. Any one else have this kind of a lump after removing the breast? Technician wants to have it removed and seemed a little uncomfortable with the fact that it was not in breast tissue, but rather between skin and muscle near the armpit. Great. I have an appt to get it removed next month.

Any one with any thoughts to share?

Just an update on my second lump. It turned out to be an oil cyst. Dr explained it to be "liquid fat."
