spam in subject line

directions for removing a spam post are clear and effective, however, when the spam is actually in the subject line, that is not removed when the post is removed and there spammer achieves his/her purpose as the subject line remains visible until a new topic is posted or an old one gains a new post. the spam subject line must also be removed.
