    Eat lots of red fruits, especially dark grapes. (Reduce the sugar & starch calories elsewhere in your diet to make room for the high-sugar fruits). Eat very dark chocolate. Season your food with turmeric (powdered or fresh root). Drink green tea. If you’re going to drink wine at all, make it a dry red. But I wouldn’t take any of these as supplements just yet--especially because antioxidants can inhibit the tumor cell death that you’re looking to achieve via adjuvant therapies. Besides, if they taste so good as foods, why swallow them as tasteless pills and capsules until and unless they’ve been proven both safe & effective?

    ChiSandy, a lot of anti-oxidants actually create pro-oxidants, so it is a win either way!
