Help for loss of libido and dryness, after oopherectomy (BRCA2+)

Thursday I'll be going to my first Gyn apt since mastectomy and oophorectomy.

I'm not the same person I was a year ago. I'm going to ask my doctor these same questions.
1. I have no interest in sex. I realized when seeing some movies lately, I don't even fantasize any more.
2. I am dry as a desert. We've been using K-Y, but it still isn't enough.

Add to that, I am positive for the BRCA2 gene mutation, so most hormonal treatments are contraindicated.

Any suggestions? What worked for you?

My husband has been very patient, but I feel badly for him.
