Waiting to start treatments and breast pain with cycle

I have some serious breast pain and swelling where my biopsy was and it's been 4 weeks. The pain and swelling just started this week. I can't call the surgeon because we kind of fired her... my new appt isn't until Wed with an oncologist. Anyone else have this issue or I wonder since I'm highly Er+ if it's cycle related?
