Tamoxifen and endometriosis

Has anyone had a history of endo and bad outcomes on tamoxifen? I'm taking for prevention, high risk. Looking at my second surgery this year related to huge ovarian cysts and endometriosis. Never been this bad. Doc thinks it's related so off tamoxifen.
I had no apparent side effects from tamoxifen. I felt great. Then 10 months in and horrible cysts.
I'm sad cause I thought this was so nice, no side effects and prevention! Now I'm in horrible pain and worried yet again because cyst is complex and causing other problems.
