Mother has HER2 IDC/CIS

I just found out today that my Mother has HER2 IDC/CIS. This is not what I was hoping for. Tomorrow she goes in for her port and sentinel lymph node biopsy and Thursday to the oncologist again to walk through the details of chemo whey will be starting. This has been a huge shock to us all. My Mother is a crazy, busy, artistic lady who can run rings around me on a daily basis. She is alway tripping up her words and when I was explaining the type of cancer she had she said I have cancer in my milk duds! "No Mother in your milk ducts..."

Any one else have this type of cancer and how are your treatments going?
