Invasive ductual carcinoma

Anybody been diagnosed with this. Just looking for some insight. I'm losing my mind right now. Started with a lump in my breast and after my last MRI and pet scan they're telling me they saw something in my chest, thyroid and a "fullness in my ovaries" whatever the heck that means. But I get my full results of the scans tomm. This is bad
