Pregnancy after double mastectomy

Hi all!

I'm brand new to this but I have a burning question I'm hoping someone can help me with. I am currently trying for a baby and am curious to whether or not my breasts (the minimal remaining tissue) will change or gain sensation since I have barely any breast tissue. I know I'm not able to breastfeed however after 2 and a half years of having no feeling in my nipples they are all of a sudden really painful even from the slightest touch. Could this be a sign of pregnancy? Has anyone gained feeling back in general after a period of time?

FYI

Mastectomy was due to carrying BRAC1 gene. I was 22 when I had surgery am now 25.
