Need opinion on radiation

I had a mastectomy to remove mixed IDC n ILC which was 5cm with 1 node involved. My rad onco told me I will need 15 rads but with the tissue expander, she will give me 25 rads.
I read that the size of tumour >5cm with 4 nodes involved will require rad. So I'm not sure if the onco is overtreating. Anyone with borderline on this criteria and went for rad?
I'm currently put on chemotherapy AC + T.
