Anyone in Halifax, skin/nipple sparing mastectomies?

I am getting the impression that I am one of a small group. I am in the middle of reconstruction after bilateral mastectomies 2 months ago. I had tissue nipple sparing surgery with reconstruction started immediately. I was diagnosed with cancer in my right breast. My first surgery was a lumpectomy with 4 lymph nodes removed. Lymph nodes were clear as were the margins around the lump. I chose bilateral mastectomies to avoid radiation and chemo and future diagnostic procedures.

I would be great to be able to talk over this procedure, share advice or concerns, with someone else in my area who was or is going to go through the "process".

I have had no responses to this post so I'm going to try bumping it myself. 2 years ago I ended up with excellent looking reconstruction that was dual-plane subpectoral. Because the animation deformity was extreme and I felt that I was losing upper body strength without having full use of my chest muscles I opted for a revision to prepectoral reconstruction. I'm now almost two weeks out from the surgery and I think doing reasonably well. Is there anyone in my area or anyone on these boards in fact that has had a revision from subpectoral to prepectoral and would like to compare notes?
