Recurrent triple negative

DX: IDC, right, stage IIa, SLN neg, 5 removed 12/13/13.

Chemo was A/C x 4 (did not shrink tumor), 11 taxol. Lumpectomy 5/14, "pCR", oncologist said. I was "cured", but had to endure 33 rads during which armpit blistered. Was left post-rads with severe lymphedema in breast which onc. said was permanent.

Since I was "cured", oncologist ordered annual mammos starting April, 2015. April 2016 imaging required biopsy which indicated 4 triple neg tumors, the largest being 7 cm. When she got the report, oncologist called to ask if I was mad at her. "Don't shoot the messenger", she informed me upon telling me to consult my surgeon.

Right breast mastectomy 7/5/16. Worn a drain since then, and then chemo if drainage ever stops. Drainage so long due to damage rads does to skin; healing takes much longer.

New onc had a genomic test done, the results of which recommended CPT-111 chemo as being of benefit. However, since one can very possibly get a diarrhea episode during the infusion. I opted for xeluda, which can't start til the drain is removed. After an indeterminate course of xeluda, he recommends casodex til forever. I'm 71, and haven't yet discovered anyone who's recurrent TNBC, so I'm terrified, especially since I have had to wait so long to start chemo. Casodex is because my androgen markers very high

Going to Moffitt on 5/12 for second opinion. Am totally exhausted from stress, including selling my home and moving.

Any info about this situation would be appreciated.
