PASH

Hi! New to this forum and seeking some wisdom. Two years ago I underwent an MRI-guided core needle biopsy, which diagnosed an 18mm non-mass enhancement (family history, undergo mammo and MRI annually) as PASH. I have since had a baby and am just now back on my screening protocol, and my first MRI post-baby revealed the area has grown to 48mm. The radiologist suggested another MRI-guided core needle biopsy, but I pushed for a surgical biopsy to hopefully (!!) reconfirm PASH and stop the biopsy madness! Here are my questions: has anyone have PASH that has grown and been biopsied more than once? Has anyone had a mastectomy to treat PASH? I have no palpable mass that I can feel or that shows up on ultrasound or mammo, but I'm officially terrified of my annual MRIs and tired of biopsies. I've also decided to go for BRCA testing, which may reveal a clearer path.
