Worried!

I recently had a spot on my left breast that kind of started out as a bug bite then as it progressed almost looked like ringworm as it was healing , now it's almost gone and another pimple like bump popped up next to it!!! I also saw a little yellow bruise on the other side of the same breast and I don't know where it came from considering I am single and no one has been grabbing my breast, I am not allowed to post pictures due to the rule but I do have pictures to show if those can help. I am 27 years old and am super nervous. No pain , swelling, and cool to the touch. Thank you
