When will my new implants settle?

I'm just wondering. Next Tuesday will mark two weeks since I had my exchange surgery. I think they already look pretty good. I do have a slope already which I think I'm supposed to have. I can tell they are still swollen and a bit larger than they probably will be. The non cancer side a little more so than the other. Besides that they look pretty identical. There are some bumpier looking areas of skin because fat was put in. Anyway, I figure they are going to settle in to their final shape etc, at some point. When does that happen? I have round saline Natrelle 350 68hp which is a high profile.
