How do I choose which procedure? Anyone go to Sloan

I am 48 was diagnosed a few weeks ago with differentiated IDC its around 1cm estrogen/progesterone positive. Waiting for my BRCA test to come back. Been to 4 BS and 3 PS they all have different opinions. So how do I make this extremely difficult choice? So overloaded. Pros and cons with lumpectomy and radiation. Pros and cons wirh mastectomy and reconstruction. Sloan doctor says lumpectomy and radition. Anyone had or is having treatment at Sloan? How do I choose a lumpectomy over a mastectomy if I don't know if has gone into my lymph nodes or what the tumor characteristics are before one of the surguries? I find this whole process confusing and mentally exhausting. I feel like I get more questions than answers with doctors.
